A great place for children and adults. João and Bonnie are building a wonderful community. My son started at 3yo; Professor was patient with him and is better at working with kids than many preschool teachers! I decided why should my kid have all the fun and now I train twice a week, and would go more if my schedule allowed. I love that there is a women’s class which allowed me to feel more at ease when I started began, and now I feel comfortable training in any class.
