We offer age specific programs for toddlers, kids, beginners, women's only, and higher level classes. We also offer Yoga and Muay Thai programs.
Jiu-Jitsu Basics

This program features advanced technique with the class primarily focused on sparring.
Advanced Practice

There is no technique taught in this program and is designed for practitioners to participate in sparring sessions.
No-Gi All Levels

Escapes Fundamentals

This program focuses on escapes from positions and submissions. These are the fundamental escapes every practitioner should know.
Women's Jiu-Jitsu

This program is ideal for students with no experience. It offers a great warm up that will improve body mobility, cardio, and strength and teaches beginner level Jiu-Jitsu skills as well as life saving self-defense skills. There is minimal resistance in this class.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu Beginner

This program introduces kids to the art of Jiu-Jitsu through fun warm ups and partner skills. Kids will learn basic technique and participate in minimal resistance.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu Advanced

In this program kids will learn more advanced techniques and participate in more resistance.
Kids No-Gi
Recommended rank:
All belt ranks welcome
No-Gi focuses on techniques without the gi uniform and focuses on basic techniques as well as self-defense.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 2-4
This program starts teaching your toddler body awareness from a young age through play. In addition to learning how to fall, crawl, run, jump, roll, climb, balance, and explore using their arms and legs simultaneously, kids will also learn simplified Jiu-Jitsu technique and self-defense techniques. This class teaches students how to listen, take turns, and follow directions.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 3-5
This program encourages body development such as balance and motor skills through Jiu-Jitsu related drills and games. We also focus on learning self-defense in this program. In this program, students know how to take turns and stay in line- if these are skills your little are still working on, we recommend taking the 2-4 age group.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 5-7
This program teaches kids self-defense through Jiu-Jitsu related games. In this program students will learn more detailed technique, begin to work technique with another partner in class, and participate in more resistance.
No-Gi
This program encourages body development such as balance and motor skills through Jiu-Jitsu related drills and games without the gi uniform. Students will learn discipline, respect, self-defense, and social skills.

Tumble Time
Little ones and their grown ups can work on their motor skills and coordination in a fun and safe environment. Teacher will set up loosely structured activities that are commonly seen in our 2-4 classes to help prepare them for structured classes, get them comfortable with being on the mats, and in the academy. Tumble time is child-led and adult participation is required.
Class requirements: students and parents must have clean clothes, clean hands, feet, face , and body, toenails and fingernails trimmed and clean. Clothing must be free of zippers, pockets, buttons, and other protruding objects that may be potentially harm the mats or be injurious. No shoes on the mat, shoes (flip flops recommended) worn off the mats, especially in restroom.
Gentle Yoga

What to expect:
In this beginner level class, students can expect to slow down the flow of movements to maintain a conscious connection to the breath and build resilience in the body and mind. Gentle Yoga links unhurried breath with gentle movement and mindfully holds postures. This class offers the perfect balance between effort and ease, making it a great option for all ages, levels of experience, and for pregnant and postpartum individuals.
Muay Thai

What to expect:
Muay Thai is a stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced, but can be performed at your own pace, and combines both boxing and kicking in one swirling melee of a bout. In Thailand, it is known as the art of eight limbs, referring to the eight points of contact that are used to strike the opponent.
